Cancellation Policy:

Return Policy:

  2. Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or leaking bottle/pack
  • Expired product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in a combo order
  1. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, customers may be required to share clear images/videos for verification.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.
  2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
